TAYLA JAE - STUDIO DIRECTOR

Miss Tayla Jae has been performing since the age of two and is now entering her sixth year as Director of Influence Performing Arts. With over eight years of teaching and choreography experience, she is passionate about creating a positive, inspiring studio environment where dancers feel supported, challenged, and confident.

Tayla trained at the prestigious Brent Street Academy, performing on major platforms including The X Factor, Sunriseand The Today Show, and completed further industry training through Dream Dance Company’s Show Business.

Founded in 2018, Influence Performing Arts has grown into a thriving, award-winning studio on the Central Coast under Tayla’s leadership, known for its strong performance teams, high-quality training, and inclusive community.

In 2026, Miss Tayla will continue to elevate training standards, mentor the Performance Team, and create meaningful performance opportunities for dancers at all levels.

KAITLIN WHITTAKER - STUDIO MANAGER

Miss Kaitlin has been an integral part of the Influence Performing Arts family for 15 years, beginning her dance journey at the studio as a young student. As she grew up with Influence, she became a dedicated member of the Performance Team, with one of her most memorable experiences being travelling to Queensland with the team and achieving multiple prestigious awards.

After graduating with the Class of 2022, Miss Kaitlin began teaching and supporting studio operations in early 2023. In her role as Studio Manager, she combines her passion for dance with her academic background and is in her final year of a Bachelor of Business.

In 2026, Miss Kaitlin continues to play a key role in the day-to-day operations and growth of Influence Performing Arts, supporting the team, students, and families, while also expanding her teaching across the Performance Team, technique classes, and the Petite Program.
